[X4U] Unusual dialog box???

Hello all,

I started my MDD DUAL 1.25 MHz / 2 GB RAM / 120 GB and 200 GB HD / 
NETSCAPE 7.2 / OS X.4.11 and the following dialog box popped up.

The system extension “/System/Library/Extensions/symfs.kext” was 
installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it.

I shut down properly and was away from my computer for about a day.
