[X4U] Attempting to play a WMV file

Ed,

What version is you Flip4Mac?  I use the free version for playing WMV  
files, and it works flawlessly.  Version 2.3.0.14, downloaded  
10/16/09.  The previous version did not support Snow Leopard.  You  
should not need to purchase the full version unless you are trying to  
edit or create WMV files.
