[X4U] Warbirds dogfights manual

I bought the download version of this game and assumed that there  
should be manual with it.
It isn't.  Then I started to look for on the net and found that the CD  
version should have a 20 page manual.
Has anyone this CD and will send me the manual.  The seller claim that  
they don't have a manual either.
The only thing I find is a list with the shortcuts for the actions.
