The sound is low.  It's okay when I max out YouTube's and my Mac's
volume settings and I'm in a quiet room.  If you want to boost the
volume even higher, save the video to your Mac and then open it up
with VLC media player <http://www.videolan.org/> which lets you
raise the volume up by 400%.
