[X4U] DVD from Lydia

I would order a DVD from Lydia and asked them how much it would cost  
to ship to Belgium.
They first needed my address because Belgium is so big that they've  
several prices.
They use UPS for it.  UPS is know for their exuberant prices.  The  
charge was 67.21$ for just one DVD.
That's almost half price of the product.  I know firms who ask 10$ for  
it.
How greedy can one be?
