[X4U] Outlook 2011 deleting

I just upgraded from Office 2008 to 2011. There are 2 main gripes I have
with Outlook. One is the fact you cannot customize the ribbon­ I would like
to get rid of many icons ­ but well.

However, I was wondering if I can change another behavior. When looking at
my messages I have them arranged by date received with newest messages at
the top. I look in my inbox and start reading at the bottom of the list of
new messages. When I delete one I 2008 the cursor would move up to the next
message.
In 2011 Outlook it moves down. Is there a way of changing that?
