[X4U] personalized "on this date ??

[Allan Rube]

I have seen many apps that open to show what happened on this date. Is 
there any similar that is blank and I can fill in my own information. I 
would like popups to let me know on this date I did things like "ran my 
first marathon." took pictures of herons with Rob, Dan got his first 
tooth, etc.
