[X4U] iPad 3 vs iPad 4 with Cellular

If you can afford it I would wait until the new ones are announced, particularly if this is a productivity iPad for people to get work done on…the new ones will be more powerful and have more features. That said; the iPad 4 version (the current Retina model) is way better than either the 2 or 3. You can count on the 2 and 3 likely  being left behind by the iOS 8 release in a year or so. The Retina will likely still be supported but I would not buy a 2 or 3 unless cost was the primary goal.
