I put a second 200 gig HD Maxtor 16MB cache in my dual G5 works fine except for when I double click it to open it often takes 5 sec or more before the Finder opens it giving me the beachball. The original drive that came with the machine takes no time at all to open. Same thing when I’m opening documents it takes quite a few seconds before the drive contents show up in the open dialog box. Otherwise the drive seems to be performing fine. Why would this slow to open be happening?<BR>
