blue tooth and power book G4

Be an unexperienced, new power book G4 user, sitting in Shanghai and 
bought recently a blue tooth USB stick.
Signed up for GPRS, and got an access number.
Be able to dial over the phone, but can't access to the internet, nor 
send or receive mails via mac mail.
Guess, that I have to type in  some more information into the network 
settings, but have no idea, what kind of.
Can somebody help??
