Bluetooth SMARTphone Question

I'm curious to know if anyone on this list is using a Sony Ericsson 
P800 or 900 with their Macintosh.

How do Bluetooth sync speeds compare with the USB connection of a Palm 
OS powered device? How much of an impediment is the lack of desktop 
software for the phone? Are any Symbianfiles, like spreadsheets or sms 
archives, readable on a Mac without conversion?
