[BTM] Using Sendfile to bluetooth Device is a drag.

I often wish that that Drag'n'tooth (available at www.ecamm.com) could do
for other BT devices what it does for Palm devices - drag & drop file
exchange, multiple file exchange, send text to Palm. The built in file
sending is very clunky, I agree.

Although it's still magical to me.
