I use SurfBest.net, $12.50/mo. unlimited dialups all over the US which supplement my home broadband connection. I briefly considered a pay-as-you-go ISP. However, figuring 28 days away from home a year and 2 hours of connect time per day, plus ATTBI outages, it was pretty close to the cutoff point for a 4.5 cent/minute plan. Romain
