Non apple non broadband wireless

Sorry to hear that, I find the apple (newer snow model) great and the
easiest to set up. Are you sure that the problem was the base station and
not the power fluxes? Are you using surge protection as someone else had
mentioned?

Macuser in the UK did a test recently (6 Sep 02 magazine, slightly later
online I think) with all available stations that can be configured using
macs (with browser) and to the above 802 standard...result only apple
station had modem but the companies may have updated lines by now or have
new models...if you decide to not use Apple...
