I bought mine through Coast-to-Coast Memory, which was (at the time) 
the lowest price I found. It was the "500 Mhz" chip (See 
<http://www.18004memory.com/category.asp?catid=9&subcatid=902>, the 
second item in the list).

Note that they're now offering "HyperSpeed Memory" at an additional 
premium; I just bought the plain ol' generic item, and I haven't had 
any problems with it.
