[P1] Worst iBook review to date?

Having read it I have to agree.
I picked up a copy of MacWorld at the cornershop when they didn't have
any of my usual fare MacFormat in stock. I read it but I was somewhat
underwhelmed and I couldn't put my finger on why exactly. This article
made me revisit that wayward purchase and I realised why I buy
MacFormat exclusively.
I doubt that reviewer has ever used an iBook. I have a 600Mhz version
with 8Mb graphics and it not only performs well in Photoshop, but I can
play Quake III Arena and still beat my friend on his high powered PC.
The keys sound fine, and if they're a bit springy you can turn the
little screw between the F5 and F6 key that secures the keyboard more
firmly. I can't say that I've noticed it though.
Basically, I think the reviewer is spoiled using the PowerBook and has
something of an elitist "the G3 sucks" thing going on, dismissing it
without actually understanding that the G3 and G4 are almost equal in
power and processing until Altivec optimised code is used that the G4
can take advantage of.
