Another thing to consider when it comes to both Entourage and Mail is that
while in Mail you can change languages to suit you as needed, Entourage only
lets you use the one language that you bought it in...Not sure if this is a
big issue to most on the list but still worth considering for some that
switch languages for different tasks...

To bring it somewhat back on topic...

Size required for the apps is considerably different...whereas Mail/Address
Book and iCal require little HD space, Entourage (at least as part of
Office) is a beast needing approx. 500 Mb (with Value Pack installed) and at
least 6 Mb for every users profile in ~/Documents/Micro....
