[P1] OT: LCD vs. CRT

[Michael Flournoy]

Palladium has been "cancelled" by renaming it with a nondescript title 
and refocusing it as an infrastructure protocol. In other words no-one 
liked the idea but us so we're going to hide it from sight while we 
implement it.
