You might want to consider a local ISP. There are a few different 
searchable sources for information on local ISPs on the web, but I'm 
not sure how much trust I'd place in them; a cursory search of a few 
didn't even list the ISP I've used for two or three years now! (Does 
anyone know of a *reliable* source?) The first place to look might be 
your local phone directory.
