[P1] What's a Java Console?

This is not normal. You should be able to move the console window 
around, scroll it, and minimize it out of the way.

I have had this problem myself, but it is a problem. Do the world a 
favor and report it to Apple. With the offending page open, choose the 
menu item Safari > Report Bugs to Apple.
