I have to agree.  I too thought that the .Mac package was worth $49.00 
not $99.00.   iDisk has improved but in terms of performance but it is 
still a poor way to transfer information to and from a server.  I like 
the .mac address and would continue to pay a few dollars a month to 
keep it.  As for the rest of the package, there are many superior ways 
to do what .Mac and iDisk do for a lot less money.   As Apple continues 
to entice with their initially no or low cost and then you must pay 
tactics for software and services I am more inclined to think twice 
about the Apple software and services I need and use.
