[P1] Updating Firmware?

>  This may sound trivial,but...how do you update firmware?

1) You download an installer from Apple.

2) Read the instructions carefully.

3) Run the installer.

4) After restarting your Mac you hold down some keys or the Restart or  
Programmers button until you hear a long tone.
