Such a person's job depends upon using the PC and the fact that most PC 
users can't fix their problems. Some complexity is almost job security. 
Would you expect anyone to eliminate their job by suggesting or 
agreeing to a competitive product that didn't require all the hand 
holding of a PC?

Next time mention how much money could be saved by eliminating the need 
for the PC support staff as well as the uptime by using a Mac. See how 
that resonates. (Park your car in a well lighted parking place.)

I noticed while listening to the Capital Gang on CNN rant on pro and 
con about UM's 20 points for Blacks that not one of the CG on CNN is 
Black.
