[P1] Problems? with iBook 700mhz and OS10.2.3

I get this bug, too. However, my tangerine doesn't go back to sleep, 
but the battery level slowly increases until it shows a more reasonable 
charge. Like you, I didn't have this before, so unfortunately Apple 
introduced a bug when fiddling with Energy Saver.
