Love the iBook, but battery life seems kinda skimpy!

Hello!

My iBook 600mhz, 12 in display, is 9 months old. I'm running Jaguar 
10.2.2. I use the strictest energy conservation savings, and display is 
always dimmed to near dark...I only get about 2hours and 20-40 minutes 
worth of life when "fully charged."

Couple of caveats though:

I use the airport card and I installed a 512 mb dimm in the iBook. I 
figure this is why the battery life has been limited...

Any thoughts?


Still, it's  one the BEST Mac I've ever used..=))
