GA400 is worse than usual; last week I personally saw two 
almost-pileups and
a third that actually had two vehicles touch & dive to the shoulder to 
survey the
damage.

All the rain we're getting from what's left of TS Bill is flooding us 
out, but nobody
thinks to slow down....
