[P1] Sig rules?

meaning: Rules of Engagement.
First, the guy has to buy a ring.
Then he has to invite the woman (please excuse obvious gender bias here)
to an unassuming date. something like, "How about we meet at Callaloo
for drinks? on Thurs. nite?"
Then, he hires the hall, books her favorite band for the nite, and asks
all their mutual friends to join them for the evening.
She waltzes in, doesn't know what's going on, then sees him, down on his
knees, extending his beating heart (3D projection, sonogram extra) on
one palm and a diamond the size of a sleeve dog, and sings his piece in
hip-hop while the band does the backup.
