[P1] OT: Filemaker, OS X and Dialing

How does this differ from dialing through the modem? Filemaker broke 
with X at some point, hope they fix it. So, will Filemaker dial using 
the USB port and the thingy while not working with the built in modem?

For those not familiar with Filemaker, you can put a phone number in a 
field, attach a dialing script to a button and dial the phone number in 
the field. {or send an email, go to a url, open a file, etc.)
