[P1] fixing power cord

Any number of folks have reported Apple replacing their PSes on the 
simple claim that it had started sparking. Give 'em a call and see what 
shakes loose from the ol' (litigiously-concerned) Apple tree. :-)

Hey, the OP's PS might not have been a sparker, but surely Apple should 
replace such a poorly designed device anyhow. Just a matter of time 
anyway before the dang thing starts a-sparkin' . . .
