I was just in the local apple store and looked at the new 'books. I'd heard there are heat issues. These are turned on and running something all day long. I put hands on both sides of the trackpad--on top and beneath--and felt nothing that was uncomfortable. And these books weren't resting on cooling pads either. Wazzup with those reports? -don
