Language selection in Mail

Hi List,

Is there a way to change the spelling dictionary for specific emails in 
Mail? I equally write emails in french, english and spanish. Since my 
MacOS is running in french, Mail spelling uses the french dictionary. I 
have not found a way to use another dictionary for specific emails. 
Changing the setting in Edit/Spelling/ does not work.

Any clue ?
