Several places.

Check out a MacUser or MacWorld UK mag on a newsstand at the back of the
issues there are a few pages with authorized resellers.

Or check out the Apple site for Mac User Groups (MUG) in the UK.

Finally there is another list with excellent support for those with little
cash, located in the UK and needing help with Macs at the following:

Note that the above list is for all things mac and UK related and not
specific to iBooks, however there are a few of us with portables
subscribing!
