Why a powerbook? For the base model, it would cost $500 more, or almost 
50% additional. Both have a G4, the iBook is 800 MHz vs 1GHz, the HD is 
30 vs 40 GB. Same RAM.
For my current use, the iBook is fine, although I could use a little 
additional HD space over the 20GB that it has.
