1gb ram chip in ibook g4

I haven't installed one personally but hear that they are ay-ok.
Trans International (www.transintl.com) in fact delayed emailing me an 
answer until they could get verification on it.
Also had verification from a vendor here in Japan. Be sure you get the 
right type.

But maybe it's personal experience from list members that you are 
after...
