Accounts over a network

Hi all,

This should be an easy one; I have two macs (laptops using a brand new 
airport :-). If user "A" want to login *not as a guest* on "B"'s mac, 
does it have to setup a new account on "B"'s computer or can he use his 
own account on "A" ?

In other words, can I give him full access with his own account or do I 
have to create a new account on my mac.
