[P1] OT - iBook DVD localizations

This is built into the drive firmware, I have a
Toshiba in my ibook, it will auto reset to whatever
region your DVD is. after 3 reset the fourth one is
permanent. I don't know if there is a work-around,
legal or otherwise.
