Pat, first check how you have this set up by clicking on the time in the
menu bar and then choosing 'open date and time' (which opens date and time
in System Preferences) and then choosing the date and time tab/button to see
if you are using the set date and time automatically check box? (of course
this assumes that you are on broadband and a flat rate) If you have this
checked and are still losing time let us know. (the automatic time is
definitely going to be the correct one, down to something like a micro
second or such...)
