[P1] iBook Battery Full Discharge ?

I've read lots of conflicting evidence on the merits of doing so, but 
it seems to work well for me. I just do it as it runs low on power 
while I'm using it. (Note, though, that I never *completely* discharge 
the battery; there's always a few minutes of power left.)
