Yes...that works for *replying* to a message, but for *forwarding* a
message, there are a couple of other steps involved. In Entourage, one can
tell it whether to forward messages as "quoted" text (> xxx) or unquoted
(xxx). Sort of like "set and forget", which I find to be more convenient. :)

PS: Both Mail and Entourage (probably any reputable email app, as well)
allows you to "fix" the line wrapping on quoted text...just as I did with
the paragraph of my message that you quoted. :)
