You can find the Apple Special Deals on the right side of the Apple Store,
close to the bottom.  It'll look like a red tag.  They usually keep open
box/refurbished/used (although rarely used) in this area.  Also, you can
check a local retailer (Apple Store or authorized retailer) to see if they
have anything in stock refurbished or otherwise.
