[iBook] Hard drive strategies

Carbon Copy Cloner does the basic job of making an exact clone (a 
bootable copy).

I recommend fixing permissions of the main drive being copied prior to 
cloning. Also, watch out for iSight cam (if you have one), it can 
interfere with CCC.
