[iBook] internal usb

It is not user installable so the best bet would be to use a dongle on 
the side port. But it can be done I installed one on my ibook g4 800.  
Note that by installing it yourself you will void any warranty you 
have, The book has to be almost completely pulled apart to install it 
and if i remember correctly there are 4 parts needed to do the install.
