[iBook] cd burner

Thanks for your input Fred and that is the route I will go.  It is  
actually my Daughter's ibook and she just got back from the genius  
bar and they wanted $300.00 to send it in so I will just get her an  
external unit.
What brand unit did you buy?  Don
