[iBook] Contrast settings for iBook G4

Just wondering if there is a contrast setting as well as brightness for 
the display.

In order to get the striped effects in my menus and other program 
elements, I have to open my display to its maximum angle then scrunch 
down in my chair to see them.

In other words everything looks just about right when the screen is 
viewed from a negative angle.

I would prefer to view the screen at a more upright angle most of the time.

Not a major issue but I figured this was probably the best place to ask.
