[iBook] Speaking of keyboard shortcuts. . .

I noticed that many of the keyboard shortcuts for Microsoft programs
like Excel and Word no longer exist. Things like control + i to insert
a new row in Excel --- things I recall from .. . oh, System 6 !! --
have simply disappeared. Or have they?

Are they tucked away somewhere I haven't seen? I have checked
Preferences and found nothing. It's a shame they are gone -- they were
useful!
