[iBook] iBook to new home/17" MBP arriving

Thank you Dave. I'm awash in a new MacBook Pro 17", and it is quite a  
different experience. The suggestions on this list will help  
transition my iBook over to "the kid". If I run into any trouble, you  
know I'll come crying to the list.
