[iBook] Keychain access issues

[James Paul Manley]

I am running 10.4.7 with Apple mail & it asks me for the password for  
various accounts all the time. I wiped out keychains  & rebuilt them  
& it stopped for a while now it is asking me again. This is driving  
me nuts.

Advice?
