There's an article here you might be interested in. http://www.lowendmac.com/misc/03/0505.html Apple is willing to sell you the install disc for $19.95. Prolly worth it. I got my copy from eBay The individual upgrade steps involve large file downloads. Simply download the first one then run it. It pretty much automatically takes care of everything for you. If not you may be have some serious hard drive or system issues that require a re-install. He is having problems with it and I offered to try to copy it for him. Well, it has a paper printed label on it and when I loaded it, it made a strange noise, so I quickly removed it after the first song. It plays fine on my portable CD player but not my iBook or iMac. Can anyone tell me how to get the label off it without damaging it and if you've ever had this problem? Am I right in my diagnosis? Pat
