iTunes music Tuesday

This sounds silly, but where can one sign up for iTunes music Tuesday?

I've gone to Apple.com and looked. But no such luck. See, I want my 
wife to receive it. I tried downloading iTunes again, but the check 
boxes are for Apple news and such. Not for any iTunes specific email.

That brings up another issue. When I try to forward the New Music 
Tuesday HTML email to her, Mail crashes big time... every time.
