iTunes 4.1 Win/Mac sharing on internet?

Are there any ways to share across the internet with version 4.1 (i 
have 4.0 to keep my sharing)?

I have a friend that has a HUGE ~120GB collection of his ripped CD's 
and he is now trying out iTunes for windows.  No he won't switch :)

I know he can share on the LAN but we are not on the same LAN. And no, 
we won't be using it to leech. We just like to share streaming radio 
and such.  Thanks!
